    Mastermind Boxing:

    In the gritty trenches of Reddit’s r/fightgear, founder Tak has been an intregral part of the community. He has tried hundreds of pairs of boxing gloves and helps every current and new community member with choosing the best fit gloves for them. Except he knew even the best gloves were not made perfect. Everyone in the community understood and agreed with this assessment. While the community raged at subpar gear. Jami, heir to a combat sports factory, saw the cries for better gloves and reached out: “Let’s fix this.” Together they have been working for a year on what we now believe is the best glove in the market. For a fraction of the cost because our goal from the beginning was not profit. It was recognition.

    Together, they burned through 40 prototypes:

    • #3: Dead foam mocked as “Worthless gloves.” Torched.
    • #12: Wobbly wrists and tight thumbs. Tak criticized heavily and demanded changes.
    • #29: Oversized, tight in the wrong places. Tak - a factory overhaul was necessary.

    Jami’s factory crew revolted. Tak’s demands grew

    Returning to first principles, Jami fused latex with F1 rubber foam for rebound; Tak reviewed and tested, took the gloves to different gyms. The reactions we got for Prototype #40: Tak -“This is it. This is what I had designed. My vision is now a reality.” "Wow these look incredible. They feel nice too. Its got great bag feel. These are some great gloves!"
